The problems we have in our economy started with bad mortgages. Those bad mortgages crippled the housing market. The best way to stimulate the economy would be to focus on housing. The real estate market needs affordable houses built with good mortgages. That is small basic no frills home with a small yard. There is a shortage of homes at the low end of the real estate market.

Having a healthy green lawn is fairly simple.

Primary components

Grass - Choosing the correct variety for your area is always the first step.
Soil - Know your soil and take steps to improve it short and/or long term.
Sun - While some grass varieties will do better than others in less sunlight, Having adaquate sun is vital to grass health.
Water - Watering or irrigation to supplement rainfall.

Once you have a lawn established your work has only begun. To maintain lawn health the typical lawn will require, fertilizing, weed control, insect control, regular mowing, and watering as needed.

John McCain cancelled a fundraiser, Texas Republican Clayton Williams, made the joke during his campaign for governor against Democrat Ann Richards in 1990, that women should give in to rape.
He also compared rape to the weather, saying, “As long as it’s inevitable, you might as well lie back and enjoy it.”
Williams compared Richards to the cattle on his ranch, saying he would “head her and hoof her and drag her through the dirt.”
I wonder how long it will take McCain to find out about the internet? A quick Google search for Clayton Williams would have prevented the problem.

So what? If people don’t want to hear what he has to say then just don’t listen. I don’t see why it is such a big deal. I also don’t see the harm in his wanting to “pay his respects” at ground zero. We are giving him just what he wants by refusing to allow him to place a wreath. Now that being said he probably is evil and doesn’t have good intentions. But by attempting to limit him or censor when & where he can speak he only gains support. We will once again be viewed as the bad guy. He would benefit less if we didn’t keep re-enforcing his supporters hatred towards the US. A little reverse psychology would go a long way towards eliminating the intense hatred many in the middle east feel towards the west. The “cowboy” approach only adds fuel to the fire. The biig guns might win a battle but will never truly win over hearts and minds.
