Affordable Housing

The problems we have in our economy started with bad mortgages. Those bad mortgages crippled the housing market. The best way to stimulate the economy would be to focus on housing. The real estate market needs affordable houses built with good mortgages. That is small basic no frills home with a small yard. There is a shortage of homes at the low end of the real estate market.
